Irvine, Calif. - Monster Energy Kawasaki's Justin Soule started the season with a hard fought fifth place finish during Round 1 of the AMA EnduroCross series at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. His previous stints with the series never saw him qualify for the main event, but Soule showed determination as he transferred through the LCQ and finished with a solid top five. Teammate Destry Abbott qualified through the semi-final race, finishing ninth in his first race back from injury. Ricky Dietrich did not qualify for the main event.

Team France ISDE 2010 Mexico: Trophy: Johnny Aubert (E1), Nicolas Deparrois (E1), Antoine Meo (E1), Rodrig Thain (E2), Sebastian Guillaume (E3) and Christopher Nambotin (E3). Junior: Antoine Basset, Romain Dumontier, Benoit Fortunato and Jeremy Joly.

Xtreme Lumezzane is back!. The sixth edition (2002-2006) will be held in North Italy on July 31. Previous winner were Cervantes (x2), Passeri, Merriman and local rider Botturi. The final part of the race will again be the Devils mountain (see a video of 2006) on Saturday evening. Top riders attending this year are: Albergoni, Belometti, Redondi, Oldrati, Meo, Guillaume, Nambotin, Thain, Ahola, Baletti, Mossini and Botturi. The winner will cash 4000 Euros.

Following the request of the FIM Executive Bureau, the President of the CER, Mr Amedeo Michelotti and FIM Sports Director, Mr Ignacio Verneda, travelled to Mexico from 10 to 14 July to inspect the venue of the International Six Days Enduro in Morelia, Michoacan State, and to exercise control over the current state of the organisation of the event.

The FIM delegation participated in a total of eight meetings with sports officials and various federal, state and municipal bodies in which all the needs of the event were discussed.

Here some photos we we received from  the 2011 Husaberg media launch in Michigan. The launch introduced the 2011 390 & 450 FE. Along with the members of the press, Mike Lafferty, Nathan Woods and Nick Fahringer rode around on the new 2011's as well as Mike debuted the new 2011 Husaberg Powerwear gear. 
The 2011 FE's changes are closed cartridge forks, frame changes, and new graphics.
